Does this feel familiar to you?

"We don't have the support we had back home. Here, it's just us."
Moving to a new place can be overwhelming, especially as parents who suddenly don’t have their usual support system
"I’m exhausted after work…I don’t have the time to be present with my child.”
Work can be mentally draining, making it difficult to find the energy to come up with fun activities to be involved with your child
"My child is intelligent...but I don't know how to manage their emotional outbursts anymore."
As busy parents, it’s not always easy to support your child in managing their volatile emotions, especially if there are other triggers involved, such as being in a new environment
“I don’t know where to begin…there are too many different cultures to learn and teach my child about."

Things can be overwhelming when you move somewhere new and there are too many new cultural norms, etiquettes, and slang to get learn and get accustomed to. Let alone, teach your family.

Baby | Infant Care - Parent Support Specialist

I believe the earliest months of caregiving are as much about supporting parents as they are about caring for babies. My work centres on helping parents make sense of their baby’s cues and rhythms, so daily caregiving feels calm and assured. By offering gentle, practical support, I partner with families in building trust, both in the parent–child relationship and in the parent’s own growing confidence.

Horticultural Therapist

I design nature-based sessions for parents and children where simple, hands-on activities with plants create space to slow down and reconnect. In a calm and structured setting, children learn to express themselves more openly while parents practice responding with patience and clarity. Over time, these shared moments of working side by side strengthen trust, confidence and everyday skills that carry home.

Hear what other parents have to say...

As working parents, we were constantly worried we weren’t doing enough. Hideout gave us the language and tools to understand our child better — without making us feel like we were failing

Anisha (mother of a 6-year-old)

This is the first place where I didn’t feel judged for asking parenting questions.

George (father of a 4-year-old)

The guided workshops are excellent in getting us to spend time with our child more meaningfully. I love that I don’t have to think about such activities, I can just go for an event which has it all planned out.

Mira (mother to a 5-year-old)

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from other enrichment classes?

Most classes focus on skills like music, art, or academics. Our program focuses on what drives all of those — your child’s emotional intelligence, confidence, and communication.
We don’t just teach children — we guide parents on how to better connect, respond, and support their child’s development in everyday life.

Will this actually help with my child’s tantrums or emotional outbursts?

Yes — that’s one of the core focuses.
Through guided activities and simple frameworks, you’ll learn how to understand what your child is feeling and how to respond in a way that helps them regulate emotions over time. Many parents notice calmer communication and fewer meltdowns within weeks.

I already have a very busy schedule — how much time is required?

We understand how demanding work and family life can be.
Our sessions are designed to be time-efficient and high-impact, typically once a week. You’ll also gain simple techniques that fit naturally into your daily routines — no extra “homework” needed.

Is this suitable if my child is shy or doesn’t open up easily?

We create a safe, small-group environment where children can participate at their own pace. Many quieter children gradually become more confident as they feel understood and supported.

What age group is this best for?

Our program is designed for children aged 2 to 6 years, which is a critical period for emotional and social development.
Starting early helps build a strong foundation before academic and social pressures increase.
