Work can be mentally draining, making it difficult to find the energy to come up with fun activities to be involved with your child

As busy parents, it’s not always easy to support your child in managing their volatile emotions, especially if there are other triggers involved, such as being in a new environment
“I don’t know where to begin…there are too many different cultures to learn and teach my child about."
Things can be overwhelming when you move somewhere new and there are too many new cultural norms, etiquettes, and slang to get learn and get accustomed to. Let alone, teach your family.

Meet Our Team

Li Anne
Founder & Principal
I believe children thrive best when they feel safe, understood, and supported by the adults around them. My work focuses on building strong partnerships with parents and educators to create calm, engaging learning environments where children can develop confidence, curiosity, and positive behaviour through consistent, well-structured early childhood practices.

Rodney
Social-emotional Learning Curriculum Lead (SAC Registered)
My work centres on helping parents and young children feel safe, connected, and understood during the early years. I design social-emotional learning experiences that support emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and secure attachment, offering practical guidance that parents can apply naturally within everyday interactions.

Justyne
Therapist / Facilitator (SAC Registered)
As a therapist and facilitator, I support parents of youth in building steady, supportive relationships that help children navigate emotions and daily challenges with greater confidence. My approach is practical and structured, strengthening emotional regulation and functional skills in ways that can be carried into both family life and school environments.

Zi Ming
Baby | Infant Care - Parent Support Specialist
I believe the earliest months of caregiving are as much about supporting parents as they are about caring for babies. My work centres on helping parents make sense of their baby’s cues and rhythms, so daily caregiving feels calm and assured. By offering gentle, practical support, I partner with families in building trust, both in the parent–child relationship and in the parent’s own growing confidence.

Hear what other parents have to say...
As working parents, we were constantly worried we weren’t doing enough. Hideout gave us the language and tools to understand our child better — without making us feel like we were failing
This is the first place where I didn’t feel judged for asking parenting questions.
The guided workshops are excellent in getting us to spend time with our child more meaningfully. I love that I don’t have to think about such activities, I can just go for an event which has it all planned out.
